Refund Policy

1. Purpose

This Refund Policy aims to define the terms and conditions under which users of the trading simulation services provided by NewOne Funding SASU (“the Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”) may request a refund. These services, accessible through the website NewOneFunding, are exclusively digital and are executed remotely without any physical medium, and are intended solely for individuals (consumers or professionals) over the age of 18.

2. Scope and Binding Effect

This Policy forms an integral part of the contractual relationship between the user and NewOne Funding SASU. By subscribing to our services, the user fully and unconditionally accepts the terms herein.

3. Nature of the Service and Waiver of Withdrawal Right

The services provided by NewOne Funding SASU constitute the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, and may be fully executed immediately after payment confirmation.

Pursuant to Article L221-28, paragraphs 1° and 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply in the following circumstances:

  • Where the consumer has provided express prior consent to immediate execution of the service before the end of the statutory withdrawal period;
  • And has expressly waived their right of withdrawal.

At the time of purchase, users are required to check a mandatory box confirming their acceptance of these terms.

4. No Performance Guarantee & Refund Exclusion

The challenges offered by NewOneFunding are strictly simulations. They do not guarantee any financial result or any access to a live or funded trading account.

No refund request will be accepted in the following circumstances:

  • Access or use of the dashboard;
  • Launch or activation of a challenge;
  • Failure to pass or complete a challenge, regardless of the reason;
  • Violation of the Terms and Conditions, or prohibited conduct (arbitrage, cheating, multi-accounting, etc.);
  • Technical issues attributable to the user’s device, internet connection, or software environment.
5. Exceptional Cases Eligible for Refund

A full or partial refund may be granted at the sole discretion of NewOne Funding only in the following cases:

  • Clear billing error (double charge, overpayment, etc.);
  • Total inability to access services for more than 72 hours, without solution provided by support within a reasonable time;
  • Complete inactivity of the challenge within 14 calendar days after payment, provided the user has not accessed any tools or features.

Any refund granted under these circumstances will be exclusively credited back to the original payment method or issued as a voucher with a validity of one year.

6. Refund Request Procedure

Users must submit their request in writing to support@newonefunding.com, including:

  • Full name, email address;
  • Order or transaction reference;
  • The precise reason for the request;
  • Any supporting documentation.

An acknowledgment of receipt will be sent within 48 hours. A final response will be provided within 14 days.

7. Limitation of Liability

The liability of NewOneFunding is strictly limited to the value of the subscribed service. In no event shall the Company be held liable for any real, presumed or anticipated financial losses, nor for any indirect, commercial, or consequential damages resulting from inappropriate use of the service.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France and, where applicable, the European Union. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy or the use of the Company’s services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
